我们单位无论什么样的阀门阀杆，都涂抹大量的润滑脂，然而很久不开的阀门，特别是高温阀门，润滑脂反倒会干涸，同时大量的灰尘混在润滑脂里，反而影响开关，而应该润滑的地方，比如手轮轴承，缺得不到润滑。 请问大家都是个什么状况，怎样有完美的解决方案？
呵呵，这个是个领导意识问题。他喜欢的这样你最好这样做。要说该如何做，应该视阀门的形式结构，使用的介质、阀门组件的材质、环境、温度、压力等因素，分别制定保养措施。有的介质如氧气就要禁止油脂接触。高温的阀门也是要对症下药的。要是定期的做填料更换，加防尘套管是可以解决问题的。
高温的都不用涂润滑油，低温的，常温的可以涂，这样方便开关
閘閥會塗抹，不管高低溫，塗抹後外部在用BELLOW的塑膠軟管包覆 至於你說會乾掉，沒印象會這樣喔
需要定期保养阀门，但是使用的润滑脂不同 高温、低温、氧气等的保养材料不一样 最常规的润滑脂涂抹后，可以使用保鲜膜或者优纸保护一下，定期更换；保养不是一次性的
阀门保养有关键的几个部位，阀门的密封、轴承、铜套、每个部位根据 不同的情况进行保养，你说的这种问题我们也遇到，让保养就往阀杆上浇油，仅有少量的有渗到铜套一下轴承的位置、涂油脂的话全是涂到手轮上面这一段，不但起不到润滑作用对操作人员也是污染，干点活油脂搞到哪里都是！这个要根据具体情况，分类别处理，定期向阀杆涂油脂，涂到手轮下面的位置，开启阀门会把油脂带到转动部位处！轴承和铜套定期清理润滑才能让阀门很灵活……
阀门维护一直不被重视，尤其是长期不动作的阀门，经常出现扭矩较大，阀门卡涩等问题。 建议：定期注油，动作两次，像闸阀阀杆螺纹处可用塑料管套上等
涂抹是必须要的。但是国产阀门一直都被忽视，根本没有企业做正当的防护。只对进口产品购买维修包做维护。国产阀门坏了就坏。紧急的就修。没人重视
如果是高温阀门，那么一般的润滑脂是不可以用的。高温下普通润滑脂干结，反而增大摩擦。这时候需要含有固体添加剂的高温润滑剂，如MP-50， Jet-Lube。但如果温度超过500摄氏度，那又是另一种情况了，需要超高温阀门阀杆填料。
阀门有螺纹的地方都应该涂抹润滑脂。防护都有各地方的特色。海上油田平台由于远离尘土不用保护。南方地区用竹筒做防护套，北方地区用矿泉瓶防护套。劳动人民智慧无穷。
这个相对全面些。外保护和内保护需要区分开来，这样结果才算满意。
