The \"Technical Specifications for Safety of Special Equipment\" TSG R0005-2011 requires that anti-pullout devices be installed for liquid filling. Obviously, it is also necessary to have it installed during the filling of liquid chlorine, but as far as I know, many chlor-alkali manufacturers don’t seem to have it. Are you referring to the gas cylinder or its filling nozzle? Under normal circumstances, the connection is secured with a clamp. :)

Given the special properties of liquid chlorine, to the best of my knowledge, anti-detachment devices are not yet used in the filling of liquid chlorine tankers. But this work is very important, and reliable preventive measures must be in place. It is recommended to carry out the following actions: 1. Before filling the liquid chlorine tank truck, collect the driver’s vehicle keys; after filling is complete (once the hose is removed), return the keys and give permission for the vehicle to depart ; 2. After the liquid chlorine tank truck is parked, anti-slip rubber strips should be placed in front of and behind the wheels to prevent the vehicle from shifting during filling ; 3. There must be clear warning signs at the site where liquid chlorine tankers are filled ;
