No acid is added when the DuPont membrane first starts operating; will acid be added later?
Which manufacturer’s electrolyzer are you using? Asahi Kasei? Beihua Machinery? Chlorine engineering? Acid can be added to the first two after the new membranes have been in operation for some time ； In chlorine production, the general acids are added to the return brine; acid is not added separately to the electrolyzer. However, at a later stage, acid should be added separately to the membrane. Woody’s slot has not been used; it’s unclear.
