I saw online that liquid sodium sulfite is available for sale; we use the solid version, which needs to be unloaded at the site, and mixing takes place during each shift, resulting in high labor intensity. Using a liquid ingredient would make things much easier. Does your factory use it? What is the difference between liquids and solids? What are the impurities in liquids?
Liquids are fine! Isn’t the solid sodium sulfite you buy eventually converted into a liquid?
