Our company originally used electrolyzers from Asahi Kasei; after 8 years, they were upgraded by a domestic electrolyzer manufacturer, and 2 additional Asahi Kasei electrolyzers were added. Now there are 3 different types of electrolyzers in use. When we wanted to order spare electrolyzers some time ago, the technicians from Asahi Kasei said that their electrolyzers could only be paired with spare parts purchased from them, otherwise they wouldn’t be responsible if anything went wrong. The upgraded electrolyzers also required their own electrolyzer frames in order to function properly. I was wondering: shouldn’t different types of electrolyzers be more or less similar? Is there any problem with using them together?

Asahi Kasei uses one word to describe \"expensive\" – what does it mean by \"mixed with the contents of the container\"? Does it refer to the units in other compartments hitting those in other compartments? Or.....
The unit cells from Kitakaga Seiki and those from Asahi Kasei are mixed together in the storage. The people from Asahi Kasei said that this could lead to an increase in cell voltage and other problems; they claim they are not responsible for such issues, which seems like a way of deceiving people

This is quite normal; use the cell stacks from Beihua Machine for their electrolyzers, and use those from Asahi Kasei for Asahi Kasei’s electrolyzers. Just don’t mix them together.

For electrolyzers as well, Asahi Kasei’s coating spraying technology and cell frame welding technology are beyond what can be achieved in China. Take the gaskets and washers used in our electrolyzers for example: those made by Asahi Kasei can last 4-5 years without problems, while those of domestic origin usually fail after just 2 years. The costs associated with downtime, materials, and safety measures during this period are not negligible; therefore, it is best not to mix different types of components, and to keep the electrolyzer in its original condition. Mainly, there is a high possibility of deviations in the unit slots; Another point is that the coatings are different, resulting in varying protection from the polarization power supply!
