I plan to produce small absorption towers, using a calcium hypochlorite solution as the spraying liquid. Since the operation is continuous and the gases being absorbed are toxic, in order to reduce risks during production, it is preferable not to add any chemicals at intermediate stages. If too much calcium hypochlorite is added, it will cause problems when dealing with the waste liquid later on. Therefore, I would like to ask if anyone here knows of an appropriate instrument or device for monitoring the concentration of calcium hypochlorite solution.

Is the spray solution a pure calcium hypochlorite solution? What are the solution concentration range and temperature range? Based on these parameters, it is possible to determine roughly whether online detection is feasible. You can communicate at 18615997765
This post was last edited by liuqe001 on 2020-4-17 at 12:20. If a pure calcium hypochlorite solution is used, and monitoring is intended only for the mixing ratio, an online specific gravity meter or conductivity meter can be used for detection. We can discuss it via in-site messaging.
Without specific conditions, such as what the exhaust gases are composed of and what components are absorbed, how can anyone give you advice? Could the questions be more specific? If they’re not specific, it seems stupid.
