What are the domestic and international salaries for process management and R&D in sulfuric acid catalysts?

I would like to ask my seniors about the salary levels for those involved in the management and development of sulfuric acid catalyst production processes both domestically and abroad. I’m wondering if it might be better to work in foreign countries in this field.
