Our company’s new factory covers an area of 50 mu and is located in the fine chemicals park of Huayang Industrial Cluster in Mengjin County, Henan Province. The Huayang Industrial Cluster in Mengjin County, Henan Province is a provincial-level industrial cluster, located in Baihe Town, Mengjin County, Luoyang City. The comprehensive environmental impact assessment and safety assessment for the industrial cluster have been completed; facilities such as natural gas, water supply, steam, and sewage treatment are available. The location enjoys good transportation links, and several hazardous chemicals manufacturing enterprises are already operating there. Basic information on the construction projects already underway in the plant area: 1. At present, the environmental impact assessment, safety assessment, occupational health assessments, and fire protection system design for the new plant area have all been approved. 2. Completed facilities: one 1,200 square meter production control center building, one workshop measuring 15×100 meters (with a cement platform attached inside the workshop), one raw material warehouse and one finished product warehouse, each measuring 24 meters×50 meters, as well as sewage tanks, accident storage tanks, fire protection tanks, and circulation tanks. 3. Public utility facilities: An underground rainwater and sewage pipeline network has been built and integrated into the park’s pipeline system; power supply has been established with a 250KVA transformer installed (additional transformers can be added as needed). Tap water is available within the factory area, and steam for the facility comes from Huayang Power Plant in the park, ensuring an adequate supply. An opening has been reserved at the entrance of the factory area for the main pipelines, and a sewage treatment plant is also available in the park.
