It is generally used at the start of operation; initially, to supply air to the burning zone, purified air is provided by the first and second stages respectively. Also, if the oxygen content in the lower section of the burned area is particularly low, it is possible to supply additional air from Section 1 appropriately. After starting the slow-cooking process, there is a period during which no additional air needs to be supplied
