There may be other reasons as well, such as low vacuum level, insufficient oil in the first reduction line and the second reduction line； There are also cases with stripping towers, where issues such as freezing or blockage of the gas phase return line occur.
The description isn’t very clear, so only a judgment can be made: 1. Check whether the vacuum level is accurate; 2. Pay attention to any changes in the temperature at the furnace outlet – it’s also possible that a low temperature leads to poor separation
