I can’t even answer your question – there are various types of extraction methods available, such as single-benzene extraction, double-benzene extraction, and triple-benzene extraction; it’s impossible to determine the proportions for just these three methods. Moreover, the product varies depending on the raw materials used, and it’s also necessary to consider the quality control of the residue oil. (I once had a client who required that the residue oil contain around 3% benzene.)

Looking at the control parameters of your extraction unit, it should not exceed 5 ppm under normal conditions; otherwise, too much solvent will be used, which is detrimental to both the downstream processes and the extraction unit itself.
