What types of lubricants are used for reciprocating pumps, centrifuges, steam turbines, regenerative fans, regenerative air-cooling fans, lift fans, dust removal fans, metering pumps, diaphragm pumps, canned pumps, and centrifugal pumps? It would be great if you could send a table; it’s okay if an experienced person can explain it as well. Please! ! !
The lubricating oil should be selected in accordance with the requirements specified in the equipment manufacturer’s instructions. Generally, L-DAB100# air compressor oil is used for reciprocating machines, while L-TSB46# turbine oil is used for steam turbines/centrifuges. 46# hydraulic oil is used for the driving parts of metering pumps/diaphragm pumps, and 10 or 22# transformer oil is used for the hydraulic systems. Centrifugal pumps use either 68# hydraulic oil or 46# turbine oil. I’m not sure what type of fans you’re referring to; if they are centrifugal fans, then 68# hydraulic oil will work fine.
The fan is made by Shengdaiyin; 32# turbine oil is used, with an oil temperature of 35–45°C and an oil pressure of around 278 Kpa； 46# turbine oil is used for the regeneration fans, dust removal fans, and regeneration cooling fans. I don’t know about yours. We can discuss and research it together
