The general approach is as follows: ① First, the crude oil is divided into various straight-run fractions according to the boiling point requirements of different products, and then the non-ideal components in these fractions are removed in accordance with the quality standards for those products； ②Through chemical reactions, the desired components are formed, thereby yielding a range of qualified petroleum products. Refineries must first address the issue of separating crude oil and the separation of various petroleum fractions during the processing process.
