What are the main challenges in getting a newly built catalytic cracking unit with parallel high and low units up and running? Thank you so much!
The difficulties lie in the initial startup: addressing leaks in the system, ensuring proper fluidization of the two reactors, establishing the distillation system, integrating external medium and low-pressure steam into the system, and preventing high-pressure steam from leaking into the low-pressure section. Any issue in any of these aspects will render all efforts in vain
