This diesel extraction temperature is already quite high; I wonder what the dry point of your stable gasoline is. This can be adjusted by raising the top temperature and lowering the bottom temperature in order to vaporize the heavier components into the diesel fraction
Isn’t that great? The components with a high initial boiling point should become heavier, which prevents a low initial boiling point from hindering the increase in gasoline yield. If the dry point is low, simply raising the extraction temperature will do the trick

Dry point: 198; initial distillation temperature of diesel: 208; dry point is only 345
The boiling point is indeed a bit low. Our problems are different from yours; our diesel’s initial boiling point is 185 degrees, and its 95% boiling point is around 355 degrees
Regarding the raw materials, is it because your raw materials are of very high quality? 1. Adjustments can be made based on the properties of the raw materials; 2. Adjustments can also be made depending on the activity of the catalyst and the degree of cracking; 3. Corresponding adjustments can be made based on the distribution of the products; 4. The heat from the intermediate stage can be redirected to another location for adjustment. Since the parameters you provided are limited, I can only give you a few suggestions for adjustments.
The raw material is light, reducing the temperature required for diesel extraction; Increase the bottom temperature of the fractionation tower; give it a try.
