What is the state of the accident steam in the main air stream during the normal production process of the catalytic unit?
Previously, the bypass line of the safety valve was slightly opened to ensure flow in that line, thereby preventing large amounts of steam containing water from entering the regenerator when it was activated. Now, that approach is no longer used
Why was it discontinued? If it’s disabled, won’t it carry water when self-protection is enabled?
Just add a small orifice plate on the cross bar, that’s it
There’s no need to stop it directly; stop feeding steam in when protecting itself
That's how it is. After the main air supply is interrupted, introducing accident steam has little effect; it even leads to a drop in the bed temperature, so it is better to simply shut down the bed
