Is your slurry reprocessed?

Do you reprocess your oil slurry? We have reduced the amount of coke formed, and we have stopped using reprocessed oil slurry. Do you still proceed with reprocessing? What is the ratio for reprocessing?
Neither the slurry oil nor the reprocessed oil is recycled, which increases the one-pass conversion rate and reduces coking, thereby facilitating high-load operation of the plant. Disadvantages: Lower overall conversion rate, higher slurry yield
Since I started working at the plant, the process for handling oil slurry has remained in place, but it has never been put into use! Re-refining of oil is mainly determined by the properties of the raw materials and the amount of slag mixed in, but it’s now used very little, as the raw materials themselves are already quite heavy!
It’s not useful either; oil slurry is generally sent to delayed coking for reprocessing. However, it causes severe wear on pipeline linings, as well as on the valve elements of control valve assemblies and gate valves. Therefore, it’s essential to ensure that all manual valves are fully open, and thickness measurements must be taken during maintenance
It depends on whether it is pure wax oil or if it needs to be reprocessed.
Generally, oil slurry is not reprocessed; only recycled oil is reprocessed.
