Cylinder furnace heating problem

The pre-hydrogenation unit of the reforming unit features three cylindrical furnaces sharing one waste heat recovery system; when one furnace is being heated, is the waste heat recovery system activated? If it’s not in use, are there any precautions to take when drying the oven? Have any other users encountered a similar problem?
When the waste heat recovery system is not in use, and the furnace drying cannot reach the temperature required by the final drying curve due to the material of the furnace tubes, it can still be achieved during hot oil operation
