How to utilize catalytic slurry?

As the title indicates, our catalytic slurry is sent to coking as a raw material after filtration. Once the slurry deteriorates, the filter cannot rotate; the ash content in the slurry is not up to standard and it cannot be used in coking, leaving no solution. Experts, do you have any good ideas for dealing with low-quality oil slurry?

If the filtration effect is not satisfactory, additives can be used to settle the ash in the slurry, so that it can be sent to the coking unit in the appropriate proportion. Currently, all the sedimentation agents used by CNPC are provided by our company, and their ash-removal efficiency is very high:P If you are interested in learning more, feel free to contact me
Do you determine the ash content in your oil slurry? What are your specifications, and what is the current value?
In China, we have just started to use vertical leaf-type filters that employ a technique of pre-coating the filter elements with auxiliary filtering agents. The company is abbreviated as SLFC; it claims to have achieved good results in China, and if you are interested, we can discuss this further.
