Recently, the plant experienced a shutdown for certain reasons; it was brought back online on the same day, but the condition of the main fan was not good. The main fan is of the AV100-13 type, and the specific details are as follows: before the shutdown, the anti-surge safety margin was 8%, the static blade efficiency was 69%, and the air flow rate was 6900 NM3/min; After shutdown, the anti-surge margin is 7%, the static blade margin is 71%, and the air flow rate is 7100 NM3/MIN ; Generally speaking, the pressure difference in the throat under the two operating conditions was around 14 before shutdown and about 13 after shutdown. Why can’t the motor’s power consumption be reduced now, and why is the air volume still higher than before? I seek guidance from those with knowledge.

Judging from your parameters, it seems like you’re not able to draw a sufficient volume – is there some issue with the import process?
The opening degree of the butterfly valve was 89 last time and 97 this time; the opening degree of the butterfly valve at the smoke extractor inlet is higher
The process parameters remain unchanged; the regenerator pressure, processing capacity, and storage volume are all more or less the same
