It includes the key control points of the device, as well as the key quality control points for the products. Should the interlock and safety parameters of the device also be included in the card?

The main content of our process cards consists of the operation and control parameters for each major piece of equipment
In our factory, process cards are specific to each unit or position; they were integrated again last year. However, the process cards for each set of units are divided into seven main sections, such as the quality specifications of raw materials； Product quality indicators ； Key parameter indicators ； Consumption metrics ； Economic indicators ； Process parameters of public utility systems ； Environmental protection indicators. The execution date must be specified, as changes may occur each year; any such changes are documented in change orders ； Each item also has a control level; the rest is something that needs to be configured by oneself. Self-protection parameters are not included in them. Additionally, our factory implements stability control for all important parameters; the stability values must not exceed the limits specified in the process sheets, otherwise revisions will be necessary
Do the interlock control parameters need to be included? Are those related to the process and equipment both required?
Our plant’s interlock parameters are not listed on the process cards; they are instead specified in the operating procedures. The process cards mainly contain the key control parameters. I forgot to mention something yesterday – there are also the approval signatures from the management.
The parameters listed in the process card are used to guide production; they generally correspond to the information on floor 4. In addition, there are also parameters related to corrosion prevention. There is separate information on interlock aspects for the interlock indicators; it is not necessary to include it in the process card.
Just the key indicators will do, plus safety and environmental protection
The process card mainly specifies the control ranges for various parameters; interlock values represent those levels that are outside the ranges specified on the process card.
