Backed by three authoritative organizations in the chemical industry – the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation, the Chemical Industry Branch of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, and the China Chemical Information Center – ICIFChina has become an indispensable annual event for China’s petrochemical industry and related application sectors. The China International Chemical Industry Exhibition is the top event in Asia’s chemical industry. The exhibition covers an area of approximately 25,000 square meters, with nearly 600 companies participating. The range of products on display includes basic chemicals, fine and specialty chemicals, chemical packaging and storage solutions, petrochemicals and new energy sources, chemical processing technologies and equipment, as well as innovative products in the field of smart chemistry. The exhibition will attract over 30,000 visitors. Since 1992, ICIF China has become the preferred platform for **organizations and key decision-makers to communicate and do business. ICIF China 2019 (the 18th) China International Chemical Industry Exhibition will be held from September 18 to 20, 2019, at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. It will take place concurrently with the 14th China International Rubber Technology Exhibition and the 22nd China International Adhesives and Sealants Exhibition. To enhance the effectiveness of the exhibition and facilitate participation by companies as well as visits by visitors, specialized exhibition areas have been designated. 1. Petrochemical and New Energy Comprehensive Exhibition Area: Overseas manufacturers, large domestic enterprises in the petrochemical, new energy, and chemical industries, listed companies, trading companies, chemical industrial parks, as well as organizations in the fields of networking, information, and media ; Special exhibition areas: Listed companies exhibition area, Chemical industrial park exhibition area. 2. Fine and Specialty Chemicals Exhibition Area: pharmaceutical raw materials and intermediates, natural plant extracts, fine organic chemical raw materials and intermediates, fluorescent brighteners, catalysts, surfactants, electronic chemicals, water treatment chemicals, ion exchange resins, fragrances and flavors, purchased/custom-synthesized/commissioned chemicals, additives, feed and food additives, biochemicals, oilfield chemicals, leather chemicals, daily-use chemicals and cleaners, additives (plastic additives, specialty additives); Special exhibition areas: water treatment chemicals exhibition area, customized and commissioned chemicals exhibition area, etc. 4. Exhibition area for chemical synthetic materials and their raw materials: polymer materials and raw materials such as epoxy resins and polyurethanes, fluorine-based materials, silicon-based materials and raw materials, nanomaterials, as well as chemical materials and raw materials used in the automotive, electronics, and aerospace industries ; Civilian and specialty adhesives and raw materials; special exhibition areas: exhibition area for new chemical materials and raw materials, etc. 5. Chemical Equipment and Automation Exhibition Area: Industrial gas production equipment, pumps, valves, fittings, fluid power equipment, enamel-coated equipment, drying and separation equipment, tank trucks and containers, control, analysis and testing instruments, laboratory equipment, environmental protection technology equipment, safety production technology equipment, non-metallic equipment, pharmaceutical equipment, powder handling machinery, sealing equipment and accessories ; Chemical plant systems and equipment, etc ; Special exhibition areas: Drying equipment area, packaging and storage and transportation area, safety production technology and equipment area, etc. 6. Chemical Technology Exhibition Area: Advanced chemical products and technologies, new achievements, research institutions in the chemical field, universities, and the application of information technology in the chemical industry ; 7. Special exhibition areas: petrochemical e-commerce, Internet+ related enterprises and platforms, green high-end chemicals, energy-saving technologies and applications, technologies and achievements in comprehensive resource utilization, etc. V. Exhibition Fees 1) Standard booth (3M×3M) equipment: display panels, header boards, tables and chairs, spotlights, power outlets, trash bins, carpets, etc. Area A: Upgraded standard booth: 15,800 RMB (minimum area 18 square meters). Area B: Standard booth: 12,800 RMB (minimum area 9 square meters). 2) Bare space fee: Areas A/B: 1,180 RMB per square meter (minimum rental area 36 square meters). VI. Conferences and Exchanges: Over 10 events such as technical exchanges, business negotiations, and information sessions are planned to be held during the exhibition. Famous experts from home and abroad are invited to give lectures, which not only elevates the standard of the exhibition but also attracts more professional visitors to attend the lectures and engage in exchanges. Exhibitors are welcome to hold presentations on new products and technologies during the same period. At the same time, the exhibition organizing committee plans to arrange nearly ten purchasing delegations from overseas for chemical raw materials and products to hold specialized on-site procurement meetings (from the United States, Europe, Russia, Japan, South Korea, India, Southeast Asia, Taiwan, **region, etc.), in order to provide exhibitors with thorough and detailed services. VII. Exhibition Promotion: Plans to feature extensive coverage in the four key industry newspapers: China Chemical News, Information Morning News, China Petroleum News, and China Petrochemical News ; More than a dozen websites, including China Chemical Information Network, China Chemical Network, China Wanwei Chemical Network, and China International Chemical Exhibition Network, report on this topic at all times ; Reported throughout the year in dozens of professional journals such as \"China Chemical Industry Information\", \"Modern Chemical Engineering\", \"Fine Chemicals\", \"Fine and Special Chemicals\", \"Inorganic Salt Industry\", \"Petroleum Chemistry\", \"China Chemical Industry Reports\" (English), \"International Chemical Industry\", and others ; A press conference is planned to be held, with central and local newspapers and media invited to cover the event extensively. Elegantly designed electronic invitations are used, and leveraging the extensive database owned by the organizing entity, dedicated staff are responsible for sending out nearly 200,000 email and text message invitations to both domestic and international recipients on a regular basis. 5. Group/Targeted Invitations: Special invitation letters are sent to relevant **organizations, embassies of various countries, industry associations and chambers of commerce, as well as technical societies, to invite them to organize groups of professional users to attend the event for visits and discussions, thereby improving the quality of attendees. Many exhibitors invited their own customer base to attend the exhibition for inspections and discussions regarding orders. Please read the exhibition materials carefully to confirm your participation, fill out the registration form (receipt), stamp it with your official seal, and fax it to the China Chemical Information Center. At the same time, transfer the exhibition fee to the designated account. 2. The exhibition divides the exhibition areas by specialty; exhibitors are placed in the appropriate specialty areas based on their category, and priority is given to those who registered first, with them being allocated booths first. 3. After paying all the fees, exhibitors should scan the bank transfer receipt and send it to our center for verification. 4. Please fill in the exhibition information online as required and send it to our center, so that it can be published in the conference proceedings and displayed online in advance of the exhibition. X.
