I’m confused; please, teachers, give me some guidance

I started working in the oil blending industry around 2012, beginning with basic oil testing, and I have now been independently blending gasoline for four years. I’m very confused about what path to take from now on. Since I have been working at the oil depot, I would like to ask the teachers here about the importance of oil blending in refineries and which department is responsible for it. I hope the teachers can provide some guidance; thank you all

You can switch departments; technology or research are both options
For blended gasoline, some tasks are handled by the technical department, some by the R&D department, and others are taken care of by the finished products department itself.
With oil adjustment research well-established, there are many gas stations and local petroleum product companies that offer high salaries to hire experts or engage them on a part-time basis as consultants.
Our oil blending work is the responsibility of the Storage and Transportation Department; oil blending falls under the purview of this department
