Why is it said that the single rotation inside the settler involves negative-pressure discharging?
Where is the source of this statement by the OP?
It should be that the negative-pressure valve remains closed while the positive-pressure valve is open, allowing for positive-pressure discharge
This statement by the OP? The cyclone discharge leg of the settler is a vertical pipe operating under negative pressure; a catalyst bed is formed within this pipe to overcome the negative pressure and thereby enable discharge
