What causes the salt content after desalination to be higher than that before desalination?
Is it because the desalination effect is delayed, or has the oil that has been desalinated not been completely replaced yet?； Was sampling permuted? ； Was the electrodialysis bypass forgotten to be turned off?
Are there pre-removal and post-removal test data? including aqueous
1. Limited sampling of crude oil after dehydration results in uneven salt distribution within the crude oil, affecting the test results； 2. The large-span connection of the electrodialysis tank was not sealed properly. Only these reasons can be taken into account.
It seems that the efficiency of your electrodialysis process isn’t up to standard! The salt has not been removed; what is the voltage, the water injection volume, and the demulsification dosage?
