Antioxidants do not crystallize

Antioxidant 1010 residue in the pot is viscous. Heat to 210-230 degrees at atmospheric pressure using an electric furnace. It lasts for 1.5–2 hours. Crystallize after cooling. It becomes a solid with a softening point of around 60°. Why doesn’t vacuuming work in the laboratory?
Because a vacuum was created in the laboratory, some substances that affect crystallization were not removed. Either the temperature is not high enough, or the vacuum level is not sufficient.
