6. How many control valves are there in the main fan lubrication system, and what are they?
2 control valves: pump outlet oil pressure control valve, lubricating oil main line oil pressure control valve
There are two control valves, namely the oil pump outlet pressure control valve and the lubricating oil main pipe pressure control valve; both of them are self-acting control valves.
“The main fan lubrication system has several control valves; what are they? ” Generally, an oil-lubricated lubrication station for large-scale equipment is equipped with two control valves. 1. A backflow regulator installed on the pump body or at the pump’s inlet and outlet, used for adjusting the output pressure of the pump. The adjustment bolts on the pump body serve to regulate pressure as well as to function as pressure relief and safety valves ； 2. The lubrication system is equipped with a return valve to regulate the oil pressure in the oil system. There is also a safety valve installed on the fuel supply system line, which needs to be adjusted at the beginning of use. It is recommended to find and share an oil system flowchart; it will be more intuitive to discuss things by looking at the diagram. For reference.
