At the start of operation, it is advisable to check for any gas leaks or blockages in the top circulation pump and its system. Ensure that all pipe connections are tight and leak-free. Furthermore, it is also necessary to perform preliminary air evacuation on the counter-rotation pump in order to remove air from the system. At the same time, check that the feed is uniform and sufficient to avoid vacuum problems caused by insufficient feed. If the problem persists, it may be necessary to adjust the operating parameters of the pump or consider using a pump with better performance to establish a stable circulation system. .
Drain multiple times; both pumps need to be used for drainage, and it is necessary to do this several times before turning off when oil is seen. The operating pump is located at the far end of the inlet pipeline, while the standby pump is at the near end; drainage is carried out intermittently until normal operation is achieved.
