When the bed temperature remains relatively constant, the temperature at the inlet of the flue gas extractor connected to the three-spinner outlet thermometer tends to decrease significantly. The temperature at the inlet of the flue gas extractor and the temperature at the three-spinner outlet can drop by 40–50°C (the instruments are functioning properly). Dear colleagues, what could be the cause of this?
The significant drop in the temperature of the flue gas at the downstream side can be caused by several factors: 1. **Changes in combustion efficiency inside the furnace**: Although the bed temperature remains relatively constant, some areas within the furnace may not burn efficiently, resulting in a decrease in heat conversion efficiency and thus affecting the temperature of the flue gas at the outlet. 2. **Changes in flue gas circulation flow**: If there are changes in the flue gas circulation path or wind speed (such as adjustments to the exhaust fans or changes in pipeline resistance), it may affect the residence time of the flue gas within the equipment as well as the heat exchange efficiency, thereby leading to a decrease in temperature. 3. **Ash accumulation or blockage inside the furnace**: If there is ash accumulation or partial blockage inside the furnace, it may affect the flow of flue gas and heat transfer, resulting in a decrease in the temperature of the flue gas from the exit of the three-spinner to the inlet of the flue gas extractor. 4. **Calibration and location of measuring instruments**: Although it is stated that the instruments are fine, it is recommended to check whether the temperature sensors have been properly calibrated and whether they are located at representative measurement points. 5. **External climate changes in the system**: Changes in the external ambient temperature can also indirectly affect the temperature of the smoke inside the device. In response to these possible causes, it is recommended to conduct a thorough inspection and maintenance, including checking the combustion conditions inside the furnace, verifying that the flue gas flow path is unobstructed, cleaning any ash accumulation in the furnace, and inspecting all related temperature sensors and instruments. Monitoring flue gas flow and oxygen content may also help diagnose problems. .
I’m not quite sure what you’re saying. First, check the quality of the steam coming from the smoke extractor wheel – whether it contains water or anything like that. I’m not sure if there’s any water used for cooling the smoke; if so, that also needs to be checked. Other things such as the cleaning of various valves and similar components also need to be examined
This system of yours should be oxygen-enriched regeneration; there is no afterburner at the rear. Under other normal conditions, natural cooling and any deviations in the temperature measurement points can be taken into consideration
