What is the temperature of the regeneration flue gas from the catalytic cracking unit? Is it being treated with lime slurry?
The flue gas discharged from the waste heat boiler is now required to be processed by desulfurization and denitrification. After the treatment is completed, it can be discharged behind the denitrification reactor. Generally, an economizer is installed. In order to place the economizer, dew point corrosion generally requires the temperature of the flue gas to exit the economizer to be above 170°C.
This heat can continue to be used, such as raw water heating or desalted water heating in winter.
