Every time the Schneider frequency converter loses power, the AO card in the DCS reports a fault; however, after the frequency converter is powered back on, manually removing and reinserting the AO card restores normal operation. This AO card is connected to the AI terminal of that Schneider frequency converter. Remove the AO cable on the DCS side, power off the inverter; the AO card is fault-free. Once the cable is reconnected, a fault is reported. Excuse me, experts, what’s going on here?
