Should power be supplied first and then the system activated, or should the system be activated first and then power supplied?
I think it should be put into operation first and then powered on!
The power for high-voltage transformers also comes from the high voltage supply. If you don’t apply high voltage, then your instruments and equipment won’t have any power, unless they are equipped with batteries; in that case it doesn’t matter, as you can start using them first and then supply power
My understanding is to supply power after making the investment first
In practice, we first connect it and then supply power!
