Manual alarm buttons should be installed in prominent and easily accessible locations at the entrances and exits of logistics warehouses; it is more appropriate to place them at the outdoor entrances
Personally, I think it’s better to have safeguards both on the inside and outside; in the event of a fire, being able to send an alarm a few seconds faster if there are multiple affected areas is useful. Besides, what if the door gets blocked and one can’t get out – would they not report it then?
Agreed. There are regulations specifying that an alarm should be installed within a certain distance. If the warehouse is small, one should be placed both at the entrance and inside it; after all, these devices aren’t expensive :)
