Previously, our sewage pipelines were buried underground; after many years, it was discovered that there were problems with these pipelines – some sections of them were damaged, preventing sewage from flowing properly to the treatment plants. As a result, repairing the underground sewage network is very troublesome and yields poor results. Later, new pipelines and collection tanks were installed for the wastewater in some areas; after operating them for a while, it was found that the results were good, and leaks in the pipelines were easy to detect and address promptly. Therefore, it was decided to abandon the existing underground sewage pipeline network, backfill it completely, and reinstall the sewage discharge pipes and sumps in each section, thereby avoiding environmental risks. Let’s discuss it – has anyone encountered such a problem on site? How to deal with it?
A few years ago, our factory also wanted to do this, but nothing has been accomplished to date.
After some preliminary testing over a period of time, we are now starting full-scale implementation. The main implementation involves setting up on-site sewage collection tanks in the area and installing pipeline transportation systems.

The scale of this renovation project is truly enormous. As for the leakage issue of buried pipes, the key is to ensure high quality in project construction; most chemical plants (or industrial parks) rely on buried pipelines.
