Once the contractor arrives, what basic conditions should the enterprise or production facility provide for them?

A company needs a lot of external collaboration, which is where contractors come into play. For issues that can be resolved with only short-term involvement, small contractors are sufficient; the cooperation between the two parties is simple and clear. However, there are some contractors that require long-term or even permanent involvement in the daily operations of a company; their staff need to frequently access the production site to carry out the tasks specified in the agreement. So, what basic working facilities should the client party (the company or facility) provide for them? For example, construction firms that specialize in insulation work consist of either a few people or up to a dozen members; since they carry out such tasks frequently, they work inside the installations almost every day. Due to the need to pre-fabricate and prepare materials, temporary space at the production site is often occupied, which not only affects on-site production but also creates safety hazards. Therefore, it is suggested to the relevant authorities whether a fixed processing area could be provided for them to facilitate on-site management. However, the issue has not been resolved yet. Some believe that since the company has provided the relevant compensation funds, it should be up to the contractor to resolve the problem on their own. I still think that at least a fixed position can be assigned to others; otherwise, how can the personnel on site manage things?
