ABB inverter power supply phase loss fault

I would like to ask if anyone else has encountered the “missing phase in power supply” error with the ABB ACS550 frequency converter? The DC voltage is normal during failures, and the device can start up properly after being reset. The problem recurs after about 2 or 3 months, and this has been going on for two years now. Both the circuit board and the entire frequency converter have been replaced with new ones, and reactors have also been added to the input and output sides. However, the faults still occur occasionally. Please help suggest ways to resolve this issue or to diagnose it. Thank you!
If the entire inverter has been replaced yet the problem persists, attention should be focused on elements other than the inverter itself. What do ABB’s engineers say about this? One should ask them what causes such a malfunction After all, they have more experience.
