The fire department came to the facility and said that it is mandatory to sign an agreement for the maintenance of fire protection equipment, as there are clear regulations to that effect.
No specific provisions. It can be maintained by oneself. However, a document was later issued locally, making it mandatory. This includes the mandatory installation of electrical fire suppression systems.
The mandatory installation of electrical fire protection systems and connection to a 24/7 online monitoring platform is required by the new consumer protection regulations, and it is not a matter of local discretion.
There is no such mandatory requirement. As long as you can provide proof of the fire protection equipment in use during the valid period, that will suffice.
Our company is classified as a key enterprise under the Second Heavy Industry Group, and indeed we have signed a fire protection maintenance agreement!
