Lifting of the first batch of large-scale equipment for the Xinjiang Xinye Nenghua BDO (Phase II) project

On October 23, three large-scale equipment units for the 200,000-ton BDO (Phase II) project of Xinjiang Xinye Energy and Chemical Co., Ltd. (referred to as “Xinjiang Xinye Energy & Chemical”), which is under the general contracting of Saiding Company, were successfully lifted into place – namely the BDO concentration tower, the salt tower, and the low-boiling point tower – marking the beginning of the lifting of large equipment for this project. The three large-scale equipment lifted this time have a height of 34 meters; they are among the first batch of large tower-type equipment for the project and fall under the category of sub-projects. The project team planned meticulously in advance and worked closely with the construction units. Based on the schedule for the arrival of the equipment, they compiled a list of tasks, assigned responsibilities to specific individuals, and overcame various challenges such as limited space, oversized equipment, and concurrent operations. By using a 700-ton crane as the main lifting device and a 250-ton crane to assist in the lifting process, they successfully completed this lifting task.
