On January 3, 2024, the lifting of the reactor for the 3# 3 million tons/year slurry-bed residue hydrogenation unit in the second phase of Zhejiang Petrochemical Project, undertaken by Shijian Company, was successfully completed! The 5101-R-2001C reactor is the core equipment of the No. 3 slurry-bed residue hydrogenation unit, and it is also the seventh thousand-ton-class reactor lifted by the construction team for Zhejiang Petrochemical’s Phase II project. The reactor has a single-unit weight of 3,023.6 tons, an outer diameter of 6.1 meters, a minimum thickness of 320 millimeters, and a total length of over 70 meters, making it one of the reactors with the largest single-unit weight.
On December 22, 2023, the first vacuum tower of the No. 3 slurry-bed residue hydrogenation unit in the project department of Zhejiang Petrochemical’s Phase II project was successfully lifted, marking the official start of the lifting work for the core equipment of the No. 3 slurry bed unit.
It is heavy equipment manufactured by China National Heavy Machinery Corporation.
