All 18 sets of alkyne reaction reactors for Sichuan Yongying’s 800,000-ton functional new material integrated industrial chain project have been installed

The Sichuan Yongying Central and Western Green Energy, Chemicals, and New Materials Integrated Industrial Park project, located in the Chemical Industry Park of Nanchong Economic Development Zone, covers an area of approximately 5,000 mu, with a total investment of 33 billion yuan. It is developed using a master planning approach with phased implementation. Of these, Phase 1 of the project covers an area of 1,400 mu, and the A line currently under construction mainly includes a facility with an annual production capacity of 150,000 tons of BDO (1,4-butanediol) along with related supporting facilities. Recently, at the first phase of Yongying’s integrated industrial chain project for producing 800,000 tons per year of functional new materials, all 18 sets of acetylation reactors in the 1,4-butanediol production line have been installed in place.
