Concrete pouring for the foundation of the granulation tower at the PUSRI-IIIB project in Palembang, Indonesia

Recently, the PUSRI-IIIB project in Palembang, Indonesia, after two months of meticulous preparation, carried out the pouring of the foundation for its largest structure to date – the granulation tower. This pouring marks a new critical phase in the project’s construction. To ensure the successful completion of the pouring task, the project team held several specialized meetings with the client to repeatedly discuss and optimize the pouring plan. At the same time, multiple concrete mixing plants were visited in detail to thoroughly examine the supply of raw materials and the quality of production, thereby ensuring the stability and reliability of concrete supply. During the construction process, project leaders and key technical personnel remained on site throughout to provide on-site supervision. With close coordination and cooperation among various departments, they overcame numerous challenges such as differences in construction standards (national vs. American standards), limited and muddy site conditions, long distances for concrete transportation, and a shortage of construction vehicles, thereby ensuring the high-quality progress of the pouring work.
