On August 8, thanks to the diligent efforts and close cooperation of all the constructors, the cabinet of the DCS system (Distributed Control System) for Boiler No. 1 at the Huajin AAME fine chemicals and raw materials project was successfully put into operation for the first time, marking the transition of the project from the static installation phase to the dynamic testing phase. As the \"power heart\" of the entire project, the power station unit relies on the DCS system, which serves as the brain and nervous system that ensures its safe, stable, efficient, and economical operation. Since the construction of the instrumentation system began in March, all personnel at the facility have worked hard with a clear goal in mind to accelerate the progress of the work. They successfully completed the installation of over 4,000 meters of cable trays, nearly 2,200 instruments, and more than 200,000 meters of cables within the instrumentation system, and carried out wiring for almost 2,000 connection points with precision. The first 13 DCS cabinets were successfully commissioned in one go, fully verifying the standardization and reliability of the preliminary installation work, and laying a solid foundation for the timely progress of subsequent project milestones. Currently, the debugging team is working intensively on the next steps, in preparation for the detailed testing of the instrument circuits, logical integration testing, and the stable operation of the power system.
