【Haichuan Overseas Engineering】Lobito Refinery Project in Angola

Angola Lobito Refinery: The Lobito Refinery is Angola’s largest refining project, implemented in two phases. Once the project is operational, its production capacity of 200,000 barrels per day will increase Angola’s refining capacity by 2.5 times, meeting 70% of the country’s demand in sectors such as electricity, aviation, and chemicals. At present, over 70% of the design work for Phase 1 of the refinery project has been completed, and the construction of tank foundations is underway on site.
