Comprehensive commissioning of the water transportation system for high-purity reagents at Huateng Tongguang has been launched

On the morning of October 12, 2023, the groundbreaking ceremony for the high-purity reagents project of Hebei Huateng Tongguang Technology Co., Ltd. was held in grand style at the Lingang Economic and Technological Development Zone in Cangzhou’s Bohai New Area. Recently, the Hebei Huateng project completed its single-unit trial runs successfully, laying a solid foundation for full-scale operation in the future. A trial run was conducted on 180 pieces of moving equipment, including pumps, mixers, vacuum units, fans, and various types of complete process equipment. To ensure the smooth progress of the single-unit trial run, the project team took proactive actions and made thorough preparations: they conducted a comprehensive inspection and debugging of the equipment to strictly control any potential risks ； Develop a scientific and rigorous testing plan that covers the entire process, from equipment startup to operation monitoring and data collection ； Organize professional and technical personnel to carry out systematic training in order to effectively improve their operational skills and emergency response capabilities, thereby ensuring the safe and efficient progress of the testing work.
The total area of this project is approximately 157 mu, of which Phase I covers about 107 mu. The products are divided into two categories: chromatography-grade products and analytically pure products. Among them, chromatography-grade products include xylene, petroleum ether, dichloromethane, etc. The main areas of application for this product are research institutions in the capital, universities, as well as key industries such as aerospace, semiconductor chips, and biomedicine ； The synchronization service is provided to enterprises within the Cangzhou Lingang Economic and Technological Development Zone, including Fortune Global 500 and China’s Top 500 companies such as Sinochem Group, CP Group, and American AP Company, as well as related pharmaceutical firms. This project enhances enterprises’ core competitiveness by introducing advanced process technologies from renowned universities and achieving upgrades in industrial technology. Twelve of these “ultra-pure high-purity reagents” are **key projects receiving support**. This project will work in conjunction with the Beijing Chemical Industry Group’s facilities within the city, aiming to achieve \"specialized storage, unified distribution, and centralized sales\" in order to meet the capital’s demand for chemical reagents in a higher quality, more convenient, and more efficient manner. Huateng Tongguang Company will take it as its mission and vision to become a professional manufacturer and supplier of high-purity reagent products that are well-known in the northern region and across the country, renowned for their excellent quality and cutting-edge technology, thereby strengthening its offerings in these high-purity reagent products and services.
Huateng Tongguang was established through a joint investment by Beijing Chemical Group, Beijing Chemical Plant, and Beijing Tongguang Fine Chemical Company, with the aim of focusing on the development of high-purity reagent projects in the Lin Gang Economic and Technological Development Zone in Cangzhou, Hebei. The total investment in this project is 480 million yuan. Beijing Chemical Group is a large state-owned enterprise with a glorious 65-year history, specializing in high-end specialty chemicals, high-end rubber and plastic materials and products, high-performance engineering plastics, as well as high-end adhesives and coating materials. The construction of this project will further strengthen the group’s high-end specialty chemicals industry chain. It carries the noble mission of supporting and developing the group’s chemical reagents industry as well as overcoming the technical challenges associated with electronic chemicals, thereby highlighting Beijing Chemical Group’s role as a state-owned enterprise that is committed to serving the capital city ； It also marks a new starting point for the strategic cooperation between Beijing Chemical Group and Cangzhou Lingang Economic and Technological Development Zone. Beijing Chemical Plant, which is part of Beijing Chemical Group, is a wholly state-owned enterprise that specializes in the production of chemical reagents and fine chemical products. It was established in 1950, and its “Beihua” trademark was awarded the title of “Famous Trademark” by the Administration for Industry and Commerce. Since its establishment, the factory has produced over 5,000 different products, and items such as chemical reagents have been recognized as Beijing’s famous brand products. The construction of this project will help enhance the brand awareness of \"Beihua\" reagents, and further revitalize the core functions and value of this established state-owned enterprise. Beijing Tongguang Fine Chemicals Company is a professional manufacturer and supplier of chemical reagents that integrates research and development, production, sales, storage, transportation, and service. Its products are widely used in scientific research institutions and universities in the capital, as well as in key industries such as biomedicine, aerospace, and electronics.
