On October 14, the two heaviest pieces of equipment for Guangxi Huayi Energy Chemical’s EVA installation project – the dry flare buffer tanks – were successfully lifted into place. To date, the installation of equipment, the laying of process pipelines, and the work related to electrical systems and instrumentation for this EVA installation project are all progressing in an orderly manner as planned, with the overall construction progress meeting the expected targets. At present, the EVA installation project is progressing in multiple locations simultaneously. Through a mechanism of daily scheduling and weekly assessments, the project team has mobilized 7 specialized construction teams to ensure seamless coordination across all stages of the work. Strictly adhere to the red lines of safety and quality, and create benchmark projects. Faced with challenges such as numerous concurrent tasks and high risks associated with work at heights, the project department strictly adheres to the safety guidelines of \"three musts and five prohibitions\" as well as the supervisor system. It enhances the safety awareness of all employees through three levels of safety training, morning safety meetings, weekly safety announcements, and specialized safety training sessions. By implementing visualization and standardization, the efficiency of safety management has been improved, and its relevance has been enhanced. In terms of quality control, the project department implements a \"three-inspection\" system of self-inspection, mutual inspection, and specialized inspection, as well as a process inspection system. It carries out regular inspections, weekly checks, and monthly inspections in collaboration with the general contractor and the supervision unit. Meanwhile, third-party testing agencies conduct 100% non-destructive testing on the welding quality to ensure that every weld meets the required standards. To date, the project has achieved 221 consecutive days of accident-free safe production, with a one-time pass rate for quality inspections at 98.45%.
