[Haichuan Construction Technology] Laser rust removal technology was successfully applied in the project of Haizhou Bay reservoir area in Jiangsu

In the Jiangsu Haizhou Bay reservoir project, the Wuhuan team addressed the challenge of corrosion protection for steel structures by introducing laser rust removal technology, which was used in the corrosion protection of large fire water tanks. This technology uses a high-energy laser beam to instantly vaporize the rust layer, achieving a rust removal level of Sa2.5 or higher. It is efficient, environmentally friendly, and produces no dust; it is suitable for use in enclosed spaces, protects the metal substrate, and provides an ideal base for high-quality anti-corrosion coatings. Compared to traditional methods, laser rust removal eliminates noise and dust interference, improves construction efficiency and the durability of the anti-corrosion coating, enhances working conditions, and is in line with the concept of green construction. This application provides technical support for creating high-quality green projects in reservoir areas, and offers replicable experiences for similar projects.
