According to news from November 11, 2025, the ammonolysis reactor, a key piece of equipment in Yongrong Technology’s adipic acid project and weighing nearly 200 tons per unit, was successfully lifted in one go, marking the official entry of the project construction into the final stage of equipment installation. As the core equipment for the adipic acid project, the ammonolysis reactor is the largest and heaviest core patented equipment among the process packages in this project. To ensure the smooth transportation and installation of the ammonolysis reactor, the adipic acid department coordinated with the contractor, the manufacturer, and other relevant parties to hold multiple discussion meetings. A detailed construction plan was developed in advance, and the transportation and installation were carried out through separate manufacturing followed by on-site assembly. This approach successfully overcame challenges such as the difficulty in transporting large equipment, high transportation costs, and slow lifting processes, enabling the equipment to be lifted successfully in one attempt and laying a solid foundation for its subsequent smooth installation. Liu Yong, the deputy director in charge of hexamethylenediamine, said that currently, the arrival rate of project equipment has reached 85%, while the installation completion rate has exceeded 41%; the overall construction of the project has entered a critical phase of accelerated progress. Next, the adipic acid department will actively respond to the call for the campaign to capture Shenyang in the Liaoshen Campaign, earnestly implement the \"Performance Director 10\" philosophy, adhere to the project construction principle of \"ensuring safety through quality and accelerating progress through safety\", and push forward project construction with high standards and strict requirements, striving to complete and put the project into operation at an early date.
