The cabinet room in the dock storage area of the Blue Sea New Materials project was successfully completed. On November 25th, significant progress was made on the foundation works for this project, which is being constructed by the company: the concrete pouring for the wall columns on the second floor of the cabinet room as well as for the roof beams and slabs was completed, marking the official completion of this key structural element. The designed strength grade of the concrete poured this time is C50, and pump pouring is used for construction; the total volume is 415 cubic meters. To ensure project quality, the project department, in conjunction with the supervision unit and the concrete supplier, carried out thorough concrete batch testing. The test results showed that the key performance parameters of the concrete mixture, such as slump, workability, water retention, and cohesion, all met the design requirements. The 28-day compressive strength was 59.7 MPa, which far exceeded the design standards. During the construction process, the project team strictly adheres to the \"Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Concrete Structures,\" carefully controlling the quality of raw materials and their mixing ratios, to ensure that both the total alkali content and chloride ion content in the concrete meet the requirements specified in the **code**. At the same time, through scientific construction organization and meticulous on-site management, the \"double zero\" goal of zero quality incidents and zero safety incidents was achieved. As an important part of the dock storage area, the completion of the cabinet room’s construction has laid a solid foundation for subsequent equipment installation, electrical wiring, and the overall commissioning of the facility. Next, the project team will continue to adhere to the construction philosophy of \"quality first, safety foremost,\" and make every effort to advance the subsequent construction work, ensuring that the project is delivered on schedule and to high standards.
