The implementation standard of PIR materials is GB/T25997-2010 "Polyisocyanurate Products for Insulation". As for the calculation of cold insulation thickness, there are three methods: economic method, anti-condensation method and maximum allowable cold loss method. The calculation of cold insulation thickness is related to parameters such as pipe diameter, medium operating temperature and on-site ambient temperature and humidity. For details of the calculation formula, please refer to the standard GB50264-2013 "Industrial Equipment and Pipeline Insulation Engineering Design Specifications". Regarding cold insulation materials, many domestic customers have begun to use flexible cold insulation materials. Currently, the main flexible cold insulation materials used in the country are Germany's Armas and Italy's Flexi flexible cold insulation materials. Both of these materials can withstand temperatures as low as -200°C. Compared with traditional materials, The traditional PIR material has small cooling loss and long service life. The key is that it is very convenient to install and maintain, especially for those special-shaped parts with complex structures. Currently, PetroChina, Sinopec, China Resources, Hong Kong and China Gas, China Gas Houpu, Sichuan Air, Hangzhou Oxygen, Air Liquide, etc. are all in use.
