We encountered this problem as well; we checked the safety valves on the refrigerant pipes, the flange valves of the compressor, and the drain valves, and eventually found that a valve in one of the safety valve circuits was leaking. After shutting down the system for inspection, we discovered a leak in the compressor cooler. This is provided for reference only

This might leak, but there may also be accumulation in the cold box during operation.
Check the heat exchanger; it’s very likely that there is a leak inside it.
Check if there is a problem with the phase distribution – could there be too much of the heavier component and too little of the lighter one? After recombination analysis is performed during operation, the cooling capacity will decrease.
If the group distribution ratio is fine, then it might be due to accumulation in the pipes. If it’s a leak, it should be easy to detect
